1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Banana Studio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Banana Studio provides AI-powered headshot generation services. You upload a photo, select a style, and our AI creates professional-quality headshots using Together AI's FLUX.2 technology.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are required to generate AI headshots
  • 1 credit = 1 AI-generated image
  • Credits do not expire
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload images of people without their consent
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • Upload explicit, violent, or inappropriate content
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of images you upload
  • You own the AI-generated images created from your uploads
  • You grant us a limited license to process your images for the Service
  • The Service's technology, branding, and code remain our property

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
