2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund:

  • Refund requested within 24 hours of purchase
  • No credits have been used from the purchased package
  • Technical issues prevented service use (with documentation)

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Any credits from the purchase have been used
  • More than 24 hours have passed since purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (results vary by input)
  • Account was terminated due to Terms of Service violations

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and order/transaction ID
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will respond within 2-3 business days

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • Credits are removed from your account upon refund approval

5. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. If you have used any credits from a package, the entire purchase becomes non-refundable.
